I will repair your clasp, elastic, or tie-on waist beads at a fraction of the price you originally paid, provided they were sold or made by QuteBeads. I will also repair any QuteBeads bracelet or anklet.
REPAIR PROCESS:
I will send you a prepaid USPS shipping label so you can mail your broken waist bead back to me from any USPS office. You must find a proper container for the waist bead (example: you can use the 6×9 bubble mailers available for purchase at Dollar Tree).
Repairs will take 7-14 days (Sat./Sun. included), depending on my regular order volume.
Repairs will be returned to the customer via USPS. Standard shipping fees apply, and an invoice will be sent to the customer for the return shipping fee. The shipping fee invoice must be paid in addition to the cost of the jewelry repair.
Items will not be returned to the customer until the return shipping label invoice is paid.
